Shredder purchase includes the following components:

• Feed chute
• Pin puller
• Mill base, mid section, & top
• Rotor, pins, hammers, & pin protectors currently loaded on the rotor

Decommissioned in late 2016/early 2017
Was in operating condition prior to shut down
Buyer responsible for disassembly and loading

Seller will require the Buyer/Dismantler to sign a hold harmless and indemnification agreement and carry contractors insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability per occurrence and $2,000,000 in aggregate.

Prior to commencement of any work, Contractor shall provide Seller with a certificate of insurance in form acceptable to Seller evidencing the Insurance.
