Selling as-is, where-is. Buyer is responsible for all disassembly and freight costs.

Seller will require the Buyer/Dismantler to sign a hold harmless and indemnification agreement and carry contractors insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 liability per occurrence and $2,000,000 in aggregate.

Prior to commencement of any work, Contractor shall provide Seller with a certificate of insurance in form acceptable to Seller evidencing the Insurance.
